Dry coolers are used in many applications in HVAC, in industrial processes, in cogeneration and in refrigeration, when you need to cool a liquid bringing it from a temperature T1 to T2, where T2 is always higher than the ambient temperature. The new series of dry coolers, liquid coolers and oil coolers of HTE are fully customizable according to the needs of the plant. The plant engineer can then count on 6 lines of product [Table], [V-Form], [Drain], [H-Flow], [Jumbo], [X-cross] divided between one and two rows of axial fans, with AC motors or the more efficient EC fans with brushless technology.
The range is so extensive, that it meets the most demanding requirements of thermal capacity, acoustic performance and dimensions, making HTE dry coolers unique for performance, reliability and durability. The dry cooler is designed depending on the customer's requests, to operate different types of fluids: water, solutions of liquid brine with ethylene glycol, propylene gycol, HYCOOL, Freezium but also other types of fluids such as vegetable or synthetic oils, food-liquids or process industry, just to name a few. The dry coolers in "wet"-execution are equipped with an adiabatic device that includes a high-pressure pump and multiple sets of spray atomizers to take advantage of the additional temperature decrease due to the evaporation of water during periods of high outdoor temperature.
The unit can also be equipped with a programmable PLC (optional). Its functions are directly configurable from a Touch screen panel, 7 "(10") size or remotely via MODBUS, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, BACNET. The user then has the ability to display the operating conditions, change the "set point" temperature, find information about scheduled maintenance, check the diagnostics, track listings of alarms; fully compatible for integration into SCADA architectures. Or request multi circuit, surface increased with special hydrophilic fins, pre-painted, copper or subjected to anti-corrosion treatments executions. Special versions with structure and panels made ​​entirely of stainless steel are also available.

All H.T.E. units are equipped with high efficiency multiple wing fans according to the eco-compatible directive UE nr. 327/2011. The electric motors are thermally protected with IP54 protection class, IP55 according to IEC/EN 60529/ DIN 40050. The axial fans with external rotor are of the service-free type, with hermetic bearings according to DIN 6252 with lifetime lubrication, statically and dynamically trimmed according to ISO 1940/1. The windings have different isoltation class, varying between the standarf F class, up to H class for particularly demanding applications. The functionning limits are between -30°C and +60°C for the standard motor configuration. Other motors are available upon request. The three-phase motors are ready for the double connection (star, delta or with switching device). All fans motors are designed to be connected to a tension or a frequency regulation device, to control rotation speed and noise level. There are 5 different performance sizes at disposal, ensuring excellent performances through the combination of installed power, noise level and respect of the declared consumption. |
