HTE produces a wide range of finned coil heat exchangers for heating, cooling, refrigeration, and heat recovery for both civil and industrial applications. The heat exchange Hyperfinn® of HTE are available in different configurations of geometry, materials, base and surface protection treatments. The air heat exchangers have a triangular shape and geometry offset with pipe sections from 8 to 16mm (Id., 08, 10, 12, 16) grouped for specific power and operating conditions (water, steam, condenser, evaporator, pump heat, free cooling). The materials in the standard configuration for the finned coils are aluminum for the fins and copper for the piping.
Smooth or ridged tubes, or with special design of grooves called HTE HVA® which allows a considerable increase in the available exchange area to the fluid inside, are available. Particular attention is devoted to the study of fluid dynamics behavior of the new refrigerants.
A better understanding of these behaviors contributed to redesign the distribution of gas by improving the circuitry in order to ensure the highest levels of performance. We can therefore offer new innovative solutions with differentiated sections of pipe or the presence of triple bends to maximize efficiency during the phase changes minimizing the load losses.
